RBH SOUND LIMITED WARRANTY – CABINET SPEAKERS & PASSIVE SUBWOOFERS.  

Your new RBH Sound cabinet loudspeaker and/or passive subwoofer “product” is covered by a 5-Year Limited warranty if purchased from an authorized RBH Sound dealer*. This warranty does not cover improper installation, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, operation of unit outside of listed specifications, or any product that has been modified or repaired by anyone other than RBH Sound. This warranty also does not cover burnt voice coils or other damage from excessive power, improper installation, improper enclosure, etc. Your warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship ONLY and is not an insurance policy. Warranty only applies to the original owner of the product.

All warranty returns must be accompanied by the original sales invoice or receipt. You must contact RBH Sound at 801-543-2200 to request an RMA number prior to sending any returns. If your product is covered under warranty shipping both ways will be at no cost to you** – if your products is replaced/repaired outside of warranty or if no defect is found and your product must be returned to you shipping both ways will be billed to you.  

At the sole discretion of RBH Sound your product will be either repaired or replaced when it is being covered under warranty. In the event of shipping damage due to improper packaging of products being returned to RBH Sound the customer is liable for the cost of all damages, necessary repairs, or replacement.  Be sure to properly pack your return!

In no event will RBH Sound be liable for incidental, consequential, or other damages resulting from the use of this product, this includes but is not limited to, damage of hearing, property or person, damage based upon inconvenience or on loss of use of the product, and to the extent permitted by law, damages for personal injury.  

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE, JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION OR COUNTRY TO COUNTRY. ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN TIME TO THE TERM OF THIS WARRANTY. SOME STATES, JURISDICTIONS OR COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OR LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION LASTS, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. RBH SOUND'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR MALFUNCTIONS AND DEFECTS IN HARDWARE IS LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR AS SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT. RBH SOUND DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LIABILITY FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS AGAINST YOU FOR DAMAGES OR LOSSES OR FOR PRODUCTS NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE. THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY FOR WHICH RBH SOUND MAY BE RESPONSIBLE WILL BE NO MORE THAN THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT IS THE SUBJECT OF THE CLAIM. SOME STATES, JURISDICTIONS OR COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Warranty Outside the U.S.
The Warranty on this product shall comply with applicable law when sold to a consumer outside of the United States. To obtain any applicable warranty service, please contact the dealer from which you purchased this amplifier or the distributor that supplied this amplifier.

* If you register your cabinet speaker or passive subwoofer within 90-days of purchase we will extend your  5-Year Limited warranty  to 10 years. Please visit  www.rbhsound.com  and go to the warranty section to register.  

** Customers in AK and HI. RBH Sound will cover the expense of shipping at the current Ground Service rate within the continental 48-states. Shipping costs beyond that rate will be billed to the customer.
