For most items, we ship within 1-3 business days of when we receive an order. EMP Tek ships via the following carriers;
• Fedex (default)
• United States Postal Service
EMP Tek will determine the preferred carrier to be used for any given shipment. If an order is delayed beyond the normal shipping time, we will notify you via e-mail with the estimated shipping date and the reason for the delay. EMP Tek can not ship to a P.O. Box.

Shipping Costs
EMP offers free shipping on all orders over $50 that are shipped to an address in the Continental United States. Please contact us for shipments to Alaska or Hawaii or international shipments.

Shipping Methods
Our standard shipping method is FedEx Home Delivery (ground service). Based upon where you live, you should receive your products within 5-7 business days from the date the product is shipped. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii can take up to two weeks.

Expedited Shipping
We offer Next Day, 2 Day, and 3 Day shipping for most items. Please contact us to arrange expedited shipping.

International Markets
EMP Tek does offer shipping to international markets and U.S. Territories (including Canada, Puerto Rico, and any destination outside the United States). Please contact us for more information and options.


Return and Refund Policy
30-day In-home Satisfaction Guarantee We at EMP Tek are very confident in our products and want you to be 100% satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied with our product, just contact us within the first 30 days. Upon our receipt of the returned product in like-new condition, we will refund the purchase price of the product with no hassle. It's that easy!

Our 30-day In-home Trial does not include product return shipping costs. All returns must include a Return Authorization Number original packaging, documentation and parts. We will inspect all returned items and give a partial refund if any packaging, documentation or parts are missing.

Received the wrong product?
If the product you received is not the product you ordered, please contact us immediately so we can quickly fix the mistake. Most of us are human, and as the saying goes, sometimes our humans make mistakes!

Obtaining a Return Authorization Number
Customers wishing to return an item should first contact EMP to obtain approval, a Return Authorization number and specific instructions for returning the item. This return Authorization number should be written plainly on the outside of the shipping package. Any item received by EMP that does not have a Return Authorization Number may be refused and/or may not be eligible for a refund.

In accordance with the return policy stated above, EMP will refund the purchase price for any products returned for the following reasons:
• The product was misshipped.
• The product is defective and is still within the exchange warranty period.
Refunds will be issued to the method of payment originally used to purchase the product and may take up to 4 weeks.


Product Evaluation Policy
Many of the products offered by EMP come with an Evaluation Period of 30 days. Customers may use this time to demo their products in their own homes and determine if the product fits their needs. If the customer decides they want to return the product while in the Evaluation Period for a full refund of the purchase price, they can simply call EMP and ask for a Return Authorization number. There will be no hassle. Please check with EMP Tek to see which products are part of this program.
