EMP Tek ships via the following carriers; • Fedex • United States Postal Service • UPS EMP Tek will determine the carrier to be used for any given shipment. If an order is delayed beyond the normal shipping time, we will notify you via e-mail with the estimated shipping date and the reason for the delay. EMP Tek can not ship to a P.O. Box. Shipping Costs EMP offers free shipping on all orders over $500 that are shipped to an address in the Continental United States. Please contact EMP for shipments to Alaska or Hawaii. Shipping Methods Our standard shipping method is ground. Based on where you live, you should receive your products within 5 – 7 business days from the date the product is shipped. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii can take up to two weeks. Expedited Shipping We offer Next Day, 2 Day, and 3 Day shipping for most items. Please call us to arrange expedited shipping. International Markets At the moment we do not ship to International markets or U.S. Territories (including Canada, Puerto Rico, and any destination outside the United States). If you have received the wrong product: The product is defective and is still in the Manufacturers over-the-counter exchange warranty period. Obtaining a Return Authorization Number Customers wishing to return an item should first contact EMP to obtain approval, a return Authorization number and specific instructions for returning the item. This return Authorization number should be written plainly on the outside of the box. Any item received by EMP that does not have a Return Authorization Number will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds In accordance with the return policy stated above, EMP will refund money paid for any products that are returned for the following reason: • The product was miss-shipped. • The product is defective and is still in the Manufacturers over-the-counter exchange warranty period. • Refunds will be issued to the method of payment used to purchase the product and may take up to 4 weeks. (Back to Top of Page) Product Evaluation Policy Many of the products offered by EMP come with an Evaluation Period of 14 days. Customers may use this time to demo their products and determine if the product fits their needs. If the customer decides that they want to return the product while in the Evaluation Period, they simple call EMP and ask for a Return Authorization number. There will be no questions asked. Please check with EMP to see which products are part of this program.
