Frequently Asked Questions: Ordering
How long does it take after I order for my order to ship?
Most of the time it only takes 2 to 3 business days for orders to be processed (sometimes sooner). We actually hand-assemble, test and QC most of our speakers before we ship them. We try to build up finished stock but most of the time, each is built to order. You should receive an email from our staff letting you know the approximate time frame for your order completion, once we have reviewed your order. This typically happens the day the order is placed or the next business day if the order is placed in the evening, on the weekend, or over a holiday. Please note that during sales (especially our holiday sales) it can take up to 5 to 7 business days before your order will ship.
What are your normal business hours?
Our offices are open M-F from 8:30am to 5:00pm Mountain Time. Typical Holiday Closures are: New Years Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Utah Pioneer Day (July 24th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Years Eve.
How do I request shipment to a different address?
We can typically ship to a different address. You must enter your billing address into the shipping/billing address section of our website/shopping cart. Then, enter the drop ship address into the comments/notes section of the shopping cart. We will typically contact you once we review your order confirming your shipping address. If we are unable to drop ship your order, we will let you know at that time.
Can you ship internationally and how do I place an international order?
We can ship internationally. Unfortunately our shopping cart is not set up for international shipping at this time. Please contact us directly for a shipping quote and we will also tell you how you can place your order at that time. Do you currently have any b-stock speakers or can I be put on a contact list for b-stock speakers?
Please contact us directly to check on stock and for a price quote. We do not intentionally make b-stock speakers. We also donít have them very often. If we do, we are happy to sell them to you. We do not keep a list of customers interested in b-stock, but you can contact us as often as you like. If we do end up having a quantity of b-stock, we will make it available via our website. B-stock items are defined as: refurbished items, scratch and dent items, or items that have been returned. B-stock items are guaranteed to have the same performance and warranty as regular stock. B-stock product only has cosmetic problems. All sales of b-stock speakers are final; only repair or warranty returns of b-stock products are accepted.
